Clear account deletion guidance for users, reviewers, and support. This page applies to Kids Plus.
Before you request deletion
Account deletion may remove account access, profile information, app-specific content, support history, and other data associated with Kids Plus, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
How to request deletion
- Email support from the address linked to your account.
- Use the subject line “Delete Kids Plus account”.
- Include the app name and any relevant account identifier.
- Support will verify the request before completing deletion.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial records, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.
What is deleted
The request may delete profile information, settings, app content, family data associated with your account, and service access depending on the technical scope of the app.
Processing time
Verified requests are normally processed within a reasonable timeframe. Some operations may take longer due to backups, security, or required verification.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions in Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel subscriptions through the relevant store.
